Through the inclusive encouragement and support of all children, families, and the community we will provide an environment that is physically and emotionally safe and secure.
 We also value and respect the voices of families and stakeholders when considering the decision of our service.
Children will be encouraged to explore, take risks, and expand their interests through a variety of methods, play and experiences
Our centre is driven by the needs and interests of children and children lead our program through careful, collaborative discussions and critical reflections.
We provide inclusive environments where we celebrate diversity and believe our differences are our strengths.
We achieve this by incorporating a preschool program in conjunction with our school-aged program.
We have also incorporated and created an inclusive environment for our children who have high support needs.
We include indigenous learning in our program where we show respect and understanding towards the indigenous culture.
Our team at United OOSH take child protection seriously and together we participate in ongoing training to upskill and drive us towards better outcomes for children.
We all hold or are working towards relevant qualifications and all hold working with children's clearances to ensure the safety of every child.
